“Messengers can become the largest neobanks”
Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kazakh Freedom Bank, Aidos Zhumagulov, published a joint photo with Pavel Durov.
Zhumagulov said that he discussed “possible collaborations in the near future” with the head of Telegram.
