Meta 旗下的消息服务 WhatsApp 宣布允许用户在多个设备上使同一账号，不再限制一个账号只能在一部手机上使用。该功能将在未来几周推送给所有功能。用户在第二部手机安装 WhatsApp 时可以点击一个选项“链接现有账号”，它会生成一个二维码，打开现有手机上的 WhatsApp 主账号设置，选择“链接设备”，它会扫描该二维码。该功能支持 iOS 和 Android 设备。

巴西法官下令临时封锁 Telegram

一巴西联邦法官下令临时封锁 Telegram，理由是 Telegram 未能应联邦警方要求提供亲纳粹群组相关的信息。当地 ISP 已遵守命令限制了对 Telegram 的访问，Google 和苹果也被勒令屏蔽 Telegram。法官还将 Telegram 不遵守命令的罚款从每天 10 万雷亚尔提高到 100 万雷亚尔（约 20 万美元）。Telegram 尚未对此发表评论。巴西过去一年发生了多起袭击学校的事件，去年 12 月一名背心上别着纳粹标志的男子杀死了 4 个人伤了 12 个人，今年 4 月 5 日一日托中心有四名儿童被杀死。
