据俄罗斯《消息报》报道，俄罗斯网络安全公司 T.Hunter 开发了一个名为“Товарищ майор”的神经网络，该程序能够识别匿名 Telegram 频道的所有者。
这种人工智能的工作方式与任何分析师类似，但速度更快，质量更高。这个过程包括从频道描述、存档副本、帖子以及发布文件的元数据中收集管理员信息。可以在帖子标题、内置聊天、贴纸包、社群上传的文档和视频中找到所需的信息。
该公司计划在 2024 年至 2025 年发布该程序的完整版本，目标用户是那些调查与匿名 Telegram 社群相关的网络犯罪的政府或私人组织。

[#PSA] Telegram 官方 macOS Swift 客户端会对随机的、不属于 Telegram 的 IP 的 443 端口进行 TCP 握手。随机 IP 没有规律、有时甚至会尝试向不存在的 IP（如图中的 0.36.205.8 ）发起 TCP 握手。
