Google发言人证实，该公司以“低使用率”为由，终止了中国大陆的Google翻译服务。目前访问者在访问translate.google.cn时将会被要求访问translate.google.com.hk，而该域名无法从中国大陆访问。
该变化将影响Chrome浏览器以及KOReader等应用的内置翻译功能。根据竹新社编辑核实，中国大陆部分地区已无法直接使用Chrome浏览器的内置翻译。

Pixel 的十月安全更新已发布，版本号 TP1A.221005.002，不出意外本次更新为 Pixel 4 系列的最后一次常规更新。
本次除了常规 Bug 修复以外，AOSP 的十月上游补丁还修复了编号为 CVE-2022-20419 的严重 (Critical) 漏洞，但该漏洞的细节尚未披露。如无特殊需求，推荐所有能够升级的用户尽早升级至十月安全补丁
