On Twitter/X, verified organization is a paid subscription feature allowing businesses, nonprofits, and institutions to verify their accounts.

1. Subscription: Organizations must pay a monthly fee (pricing varies by region).

2. Verification Badge: They receive a gold checkmark for businesses or a specific badge based on their category (e.g., government or media).

3. Affiliation: Organizations can link affiliated accounts, which display a small version of the organization's badge.

4. Benefits: Verified status increases visibility, credibility, and access to additional features like longer posts and enhanced customer support.

Telegram is also planning to introduce verified organizations similar to Twitter/X. Unlike Twitter, Telegram will allow users to affiliate their channels with businesses by paying stars, a feature powered by the upcoming Bot API.
